The hotel is fantastic and exactly matches the pictures! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The pool and surrounding landscaped area is amazing! The staff are friendly and solicitous. We were lucky to have a portuguese speaking employee - Marlene who helped us with all our questions! Thank you so much! Perissa has an excellent beach and as the island is small, by car, it is easy to travel to all the sights. I highly recommend this hotel!... ++

Amazing location , close to the black beach surrounded with mountains and swimming pool on territory of hotel. Sunrise and sunset is something special here.... ++

The property was well located in the sense that Perissa is slightly more tucked away from all the worst tourist buzz of Thira and Oia. It took us about 30minutes to get from the port to the hotel which is reasonable and the shared minibus cost us 25€ (compared to the 40€ a friend couple paid for a private taxi from the airport to the hotel). While still full of tourists who flock there for the summer months, we found Perissa and Fenix collection to be cheaper than hotels and restaurants in the above mentioned more picturesque and famous places. The property and location are definitely worth the money, given that restaurants are cheaper and more authentic, that Perissa Beach is right there (and worth visiting on its own) and the air conditioned bus takes you to Thira in 20minutes for 2€ (also the bus stop is 60m from the hotel so it couldn’t be much closer - also the supermarket is conveniently almost opposite to the bus stop). Fenix collection’s pool, which had a cool hot tub and a rather large deep end, is also a great bonus for those wanting to cool down. The hotel’s staff were very friendly and helpful and easy to approach - something we couldn’t say of waiters and other workers we came across while visiting Thira and Oia. All in all, very much worth the money and a good choice for those wanting to visit Santorini. ... ++
